Helping Leaders Get Better Results

I’m a network weaver, adult educator, collaboration consultant, leadership coach, and large-group facilitator. I design and guide processes that help people move through complexity with more trust, clarity, and results.

“Christy is doing seriously difficult – and seriously good – work. She doesn’t just talk about high-level ideas; she operationalizes them in real time, even in the face of challenges. The way she models reflection and works together with others reveals both the beauty and complexity of what she’s pulling off.” – Emeritus professor of leadership studies at NC A&T University

This work is about building the capacity to notice what’s happening, to shift when needed, and to keep growing, both individually and together.

Sometimes that means weaving connections to help networks adapt and thrive. Sometimes it means helping state and local governments deepen public leadership or broaden civic engagement. Sometimes it’s about naming and addressing team dynamics that operate beneath the surface.

In every case it’s about helping people collaborate amid complexity.

If you are curious about walking new paths through complex terrain, welcome.

I’m glad you’re here.

I've Been Told…

“You have such a gift of feeling, connecting dots, and nailing what you make of your listening experience with one single and sharp question – which I haven’t seen in other coaches before. What you are able to bring into a process is far more valuable than either tons of experience or being able to follow a coaching process by the book.” – Trauma-Informed Coach, Germany
